The midi music used on this site must not be taken from this site, it is not mine to share.

Where I do offer use of graphics or photography you must abide by my terms of use.

These may only be taken from the pages where they are offered for use.
You may not redistribute my photography or graphics, offer it in any online collections.
You may not make tubes, brushes or objects from any parts of my photography or graphics without permission.
You may not use my photography or graphics as a basis to create a painting without first asking permission and stating which photograph you wish to use.
You may not claim my photography or graphics as your own work.
You may not use my photography or graphics on any site which has reference to pornography, child or animal abuse, or on any newsgroups.

You may use my photography or graphics in applets or other similar applications.
You may use my photography or graphics on non commercial websites but no more than two photographs or objects on any page.
Where you use them a link back is required, a small text link is sufficiant.

Graphics made from the tutorials are yours to do with as you like, excluding tubing, a link back to me would be appreciated but is not mandatory.

Please do NOT direct link to the images/downloads on this site. (This is bandwidth theft).
